1. - 6 occasions, the fact that the area to be anaesthetised was too big meant that the operation had to be performed in two stages; this concerned varices which added, to the crural and femoral-cutaneous regions, major varicose networks over the obturation, abdominogenital or sciatic areas; on two occasions, limited by a maximum dose (60 ml) of Lidocain or Mepivicain, we were obliged to inject Alfentanil in order to be able to finish the operation without compromising its ambulatory aspect.

- 6 fois la trop grande surface d'anesthésie à couvrir a nécessité la réalisation d'une intervention en deux temps, ceci concernait des varices qui ajoutaient au territoire crural et fémoro-cutané d'importants réseaux variqueux disposés sur le territoire obturateur , abdomino-génital ou sciatique et, 2 fois , limité par une dose maximale ( 60 ml) de Lidocaïne ou de Mépivacaïne , nous avons dû compléter par une injection d'Alfentanil pour terminer l'intervention sans compromettre son aspect ambulatoire.
